Dr. Ben took excellent care of my Shih Poo Millie. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and explains everything in detail. It’s a long drive, but worth it for me!
Absolutely wonderful people. Though they’re not labeled as avian specialists, the vets did their research and handled my birds and their illnesses as well as any vet I’ve ever been to, avian specialist or otherwise.
So happy and relieved to have found this vet. I have been looking for some time for the right vet, specifically for an ACL surgery. I have made many calls. This is the first place to give me a simple answer for the price of an X-ray over the phone and got me in for a consult promptly. Then, my dogs had a dog fight. They let us come for an emergency visit and stayed hours after and took such kind and gentle care of both of my dogs (for a fair price). Dr. Shelly and his staff are wonderful and down to earth. We are very thankful.
Dr. Ben and his staff were so gentle with my cat and answered all my questions. They also made sure I was able to get the care for him that was needed and they understood my financial hardship by not ordering anything that was unnessasary. Thankfully they also explained everything so I would understand his treatment with no sugar coating. I am very happy with the service.
Dr. Shelly and his crew have taken care of 5 of my dogs over 30 years. I would never want to go any other place. they are caring and Dr. Shelly is the kind of Dr. that I have all of my trust in. I have always had good experiences here.
